Our History

Balti Towers Sauces was formed as a by-product from the successfully established restaurant, Balti Towers located in Halesowen, West Midlands.

Hi, it's Sidique and Habib!! We embarked on an incredible journey to establish a renowned Kashmiri bistro in Halesowen that we opened in 1991. We have such a passion and dedication for our restaurant that we have worked 7 days a week, to create a remarkable dining experience for our loyal customers who have been visiting our restaurant for over 33 years. After years of hard work and fine dining we have even attracted celebrity diners, won multiple awards and even had a memorable appearance on Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway.

The move in to sauces...

We have decided to take a leap in to the home cooking sauce industry using the same morals that we have based our restaurant on- a commitment to quality, fine ingredients and passion.

With our understanding of the culinary world and a keen eye for quality ingredients, we created a sauce that captured the hearts and taste buds of many. This sauce, inspired by the much-loved balti restaurant, gained recognition when world speedway champion Jan O. Pederson approached us with the idea of taking it back to his homeland in Denmark.The original bottled sauce then paved the way for our new sauce and marinade range, after taking a step back and redefining our products to combat the cost of living crisis by offering a lower price per portion but keeping the same great taste.

The success of the original sauce led us to expand our horizons and develop a range of sauces and marinades that would redefine the culinary experience as well as help lower portion costs. Previously stocked in mid counties Co-op stores, our creations have gained a loyal following and are celebrated for their exceptional taste and versatility.

Our partnership with Jan O. Pederson is a humble testiment to collaborate and innovate, bridging cultures and bringing flavours from one corner of the world to another. We are commited to creating unforgettable culinary experiences.

We will always continue to push boundaries and explore new flavour profiles and remain true to our roots, never compromising on the quality and authenticity that made our original sauce and restaurant a success.
